Welcome to the new Del Norte Workforce Center site. We are here to help facilitate jobs for the community and embloyees for local businesses. below are a list of some services we provide.

Some of Our services include:

• Start Up Assistance: From idea to reality. We can assist in creating a business plan and offer solutions to overcome start up hurdles.
• Business Critique: Fine tune your business. We can assist you in keeping your business on track.
• Employee Recruitment and Training: We can assist in finding and keeping good employees. We also offer training to improve your current employee’s skills. If you lack training funds, call us we may be able to help. 
• Free Job Referrals: You can come in and look at the job board, say hello and goodbye and go get that job, or you can stay a few minutes and see how we can assist you in your job search.  It is your choice!
• Free Career Coaching or Counseling: If you have a question or are not sure how to advance in your career, come in and talk with us. We may be able to help.
• Training: We have programs that can assist in training for your current job or a new job. Come in and talk with us.  You can make a better future for yourself and your family.
• Work Experience: Many employers want experienced people.  We have apprenticeship programs that may help.
• Basic Computer Class: You may be very skilled at using computers and just need a little help, or maybe you don’t know how to turn a computer on!  We have programs that can help you learn more about using the computer and the internet.
• Youth Programs: We have custom programs directed at older youth seeking careers, employment or training.
