Our office is a major clearinghouse for information about jobs available today in the local job market. Our Job Seeker Service assists people from all over the community with employment needs. We can help with information on employers who are hiring, details about job qualifications, skills assessments, and work readiness issues, (maybe you just need a little help to get ready for your first day of work). If you are seeking employment, we will do all we can to help you. We help hundreds of people each month.

• Free Resume Assistance: A resume is often your first introduction to an employer and a good summary is essential. Let us help you put your best foot forward! If you have never written one, or need help, we can help!
  
• Free Job Referrals: You can come in and look at the job board, say hello and goodbye and go get that job, or you can stay a few minutes and see how we can assist you in your job search.  It is your choice!
• Free Aptitude Assessments: We provide you the opportunity to take assessments that can tell you which job suits you best or measure your skill needs for your current job.
• Free Career Coaching or Counseling: If you have a question or are not sure how to advance in your career, come in and talk with us. We may be able to help.
• Work Experience: Many employers want experienced people.  We have apprenticeship programs that may help.
• Basic Computer Class: You may be very skilled at using computers and just need a little help, or maybe you don’t know how to turn a computer on!  We have programs that can help you learn more about using the computer and the internet.
• Youth Programs: We have custom programs directed at older youth seeking careers, employment or training.
• Training: We have programs that can assist in training for your current job or a new job. Come in and talk with us.  You can make a better future for yourself and your family.
